1. 商品瑕疵及故障：

  • 本工作室所有商品均為訂製產品，不適用網路購物七天鑑賞期。除非商品存在瑕疵或與訂單不符，否則無法提供退換貨服務。

2. 退換貨條件：

  • 只有在以下情況下，才可申請退換貨：
    • 收到的商品存在製造瑕疵。
    • 收到的商品與訂單不符（包括錯誤的款式、顏色或尺寸）。
