HUANGS STUDIO 保固與保養條款
感謝您選擇 HUANGS STUDIO。我們為每一件商品提供完善的保固與保養服務，同時為了保障雙方權益，以下為保固與保養的詳細條款：

保固範圍

  1. 商品在 購買後三個月內，如因 非人為因素 損壞，可享免費維修服務。
  2. 以下情況不在保固範圍內：
    • 人為損壞：如摔落、刮傷、壓損、拉扯或不當使用導致的損壞。
    • 自然老化：如皮革隨時間產生的皺紋、變色或因日曬和潮濕造成的變化。
    • 表面紋路與自然生長紋：這是天然皮革的特性，非瑕疵。
    • 非正常用途：如產品承載超重或未按照指引使用。
  3. 配件遺失 不在保固範圍內，但可單獨購買更換。
超過保固期
  1. 超過三個月的商品維修服務將根據實際損壞情況報價。維修僅在客戶確認報價後進行。
  2. 品牌保留最終決定權：HUANGS STUDIO 保留對保固範圍與維修費用的最終決定權。
免費保養
  1. 我們提供 兩年的免費基本保養服務，包括皮革清潔與保養油處理。
  2. 免費保養僅涵蓋基本服務，其他維修將額外收費。
  3. 運輸費用：免費保養僅限服務本身，商品寄回與取回的運費需由顧客承擔，並建議選擇含保險的物流方式，以避免損壞或遺失風險。
寄回方式
  1. 商品寄回時請務必附上 保固卡，否則可能無法享有保固或保養服務。

  3. 維修與保養通常需要 14–21個工作天，具體時間視服務內容而定。
重要條款

HUANGS STUDIO Product Care & Warranty

Thank you for choosing HUANGS STUDIO. We provide comprehensive warranty and maintenance services. To ensure transparency and protect both parties, please carefully read the following terms:

Warranty Coverage

  1. Products are eligible for free repairs for non-human damages within 3 months of purchase.
  2. The following are not covered under warranty:
    • Human-induced damages: Such as drops, scratches, deformation, or misuse.
    • Natural aging: Including wrinkles, discoloration, or changes caused by sunlight or humidity.
    • Surface textures and natural growth marks: These are inherent characteristics of leather and not considered defects.
    • Improper use: Such as exceeding the product’s intended capacity.
  3. Lost accessories are not covered but can be purchased separately.

After the Warranty Period

  1. For products beyond the 3-month warranty period, repair services will be quoted based on the extent of damage. Repairs will only proceed upon customer approval.
  2. Final Decision Rights: HUANGS STUDIO reserves the right to make the final decision regarding warranty coverage and repair fees.

Free Maintenance

  1. We offer two years of complimentary basic maintenance, which includes leather cleaning and conditioning.
  2. Complimentary maintenance covers basic services only; additional repairs will be charged.
  3. Shipping Costs: Free maintenance does not include shipping fees. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our studio. We recommend choosing an insured shipping method to avoid risks of loss or damage during transit.

  1. Please ensure the warranty card is included when sending the product back; otherwise, warranty or maintenance services may not be provided.

Important Terms

HUANGS STUDIO 保証とメンテナンス規約

HUANGS STUDIO をお選びいただき、ありがとうございます。お客様と当ブランド双方の権利を保護するため、以下の規約をお読みください。

保証範囲

  1. 購入日より 3か月以内 に発生した 人為的でない損傷 は、無料修理の対象となります。
  2. 以下は 保証対象外 です：
    • 人為的損傷：落下、引っかき傷、変形、誤使用による損傷。
    • 自然老化：シワや変色、日光や湿気による変化。
    • 表面の模様や天然の成長痕：これは革の特性であり、欠陥ではありません。
    • 不適切な使用：製品の意図された用途を超える使用方法。
  3. 付属品の紛失 は保証対象外ですが、個別に購入することができます。

保証期間外の場合

  1. 保証期間を過ぎた商品は、損傷の状態に応じて修理費用を見積もり、確認後に修理を行います。
  2. 最終決定権：保証範囲および修理費用に関する最終決定権は HUANGS STUDIO にあります。

無料メンテナンス

  1. 2年間の無料基本メンテナンス を提供しています（革のクリーニングや保湿処理など）。
  2. 無料メンテナンスは基本サービスのみで、その他の修理は別途料金がかかります。
  3. 送料について：無料メンテナンスには送料が含まれていません。往復の送料はお客様負担となり、配送中の紛失や損傷を避けるため、保険付き配送方法をお勧めします。

返送方法

  1. 保証カード を商品と一緒に返送してください。保証カードがない場合、保証またはメンテナンスが提供できない場合があります。
